The Hardik Pandya-led team has done immensely well and the reason behind has been the captain himself. Pandya has stepped up on every opportunity that he has got. Even in the last game against Kolkata, Pandya anchored the innings and scored a brilliant half-century. However, too much dependency on Pandya can also be costly for Gujarat. Shubman Gill's consecutive failures is not doing any good for GT. Also, the table-toppers are lacking a good finisher. There is not much concern in the bowling department though.
