NBA franchise LA Clippers have recently signed veteran John Wall for the 2022-23 campaign. The inclusion of the point guard has triggered excitement among the Los Angeles squad. From superstars to rookies every player is thrilled to share the court with the veteran.

Rookie point guard Jason Preston, who missed the whole 2021-22 season with a foot injury, has shown his excitement about the signing of the great point guard. Preston, who has a two-year contract left with the Clippers, said: "It's awesome, man. That's a really great point guard. Watching him in Washington, the stuff he was able to do, it's just unbelievable. So I'm really excited."

After sitting out for the whole 2021-22 season at Houston Rockets, the five-time All-star is set to share the floor with Paul George, who reacted to Wall's decision on Instagram. With a roster already having superstars like Paul George, Kawhi Leonard, Marcus Morris Sr., the induction of John Wall makes the LA side favorites to win the NBA 2022-23 championship.

Last season, Clippers failed to reach the playoffs after losing to Minnesota Timberwolves and New Orleans Pelicans in the play-in tournament. This was the first time since 2018 that Clippers have failed book a spot in the NBA playoffs.
