The Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) took an initiative last year to start their own T20 League which they named the Jharkhand T20 League. The inaugural edition of the tournament was completed successfully in October last year under strict measures. Bokaro Blasters were crowned as the winners in the first edition. Now, the board is all set to organize the second edition of the tournament.

Jharkhand T20 2021 is starting from today i.e. July 17, 2021. The tournament will be played for 18 days where six teams will compete with each other for the title. The six teams who are taking part in the tournament are - Bokaro Blasters, Ranchi Raiders, Jamshedpur Jugglers, Dumka Daredevils, Dhanbad Dynamos, and Singhbhum Strikers.

What will be the format of the tournament?

Each team will play the other five teams twice on the league stage. Two matches will be played every day until the final fixture. The top four teams will qualify for the semis. Winners from both the semifinals will play in the final. The final of the second edition will be played on August 3.
