A terrifying video is going viral on the Internet where we can see the lightning striker near the few children who were playing a Kabaddi match in the Basti district of Uttar Pradesh. It wasn’t any official or professional game as the children were playing for fun. However, after a few moments, the game was marred when the lightning struck creating chaos in the ground.
While children were playing Kabaddi, the weather wasn’t so good as the sky appeared to be dark. After that, suddenly lightning struck from the air on a tree nearby producing an explosion sound. As soon as the lightning occurred the children playing Kabaddi took no time in stopping their play and started running from the spot to get a shelter. The video is from Kisan Degree College in UP’s Basti district as quoted in India Today.

Thankfully, no one was injured despite a dangerous lightning striking in the middle of the Kabaddi match as the children immediately ran from the spot and found a shelter. One of the children recorded the video from a distance and it went viral within a few hours after it was uploaded on social media
Currently, the fever of Kabaddi in going on all over India as the 12th edition of the Pro Kabaddi League kicked off in a few days. The league was started back in 2014 and went on to become one of the most popular sports leagues in the country.
