The ongoing 2nd Test between India and Mumbai has been nothing short of any action so far. After a wet outfield delayed the start of the contest on Friday, fans got to witness some incredible cricket once the match kicked off. It was Mayank Agarwal who starred with bat with his 150-run knock before Ajaz Patel hogged the limelight with his spectacular spell of bowling where he took all the 10 wickets.

India were bowled out on 325 and the onus was on the Kiwi batsmen to come up with a fighting reply. Unfortunately, things did not go down according to the plan for visitors who showed tremendous courage a few days back in Kanpur.

Only 2 Kiwi batsmen registered double-digit scores

It was an absolutely contrasting performance from Tom Latham's side at Wankhede Stadium on Saturday. Mohammed Siraj began the destruction with a lethal opening spell with a new ball where he dismissed Will Young, Tom Latham and Ross Taylor inside 6 overs.

After that, it was time for the Indian spin trio to weave their magic on a turning wicket. Ravichandran Ashwin (4/8), Axar Patel (2/14) and Jayant Yadav (1/13) were absolutely unplayable as New Zealand wickets fell like a pack of cards with only two of their batsmen - Tom Latham and Kyle Jamieson - registering a double-digit score.

As it turned out, the Kiwis were bowled out on 62 in 28.1 overs in a matter of only 2 hours. And with India not enforcing the follow-on, Mayank Agarwal and Ajaz Patel had to return to bat and bowl respectively once again without much break in between.

The netizens did not miss out on the opportunity to reflect on this situation apart from trolling the New Zealand side for their disastrous performance with the bat. One of the fans also took cheekily pointed out what Kane Williamson would be going through inside the dressing room while watching his side's batting.

The dismal performance with the bat might cost New Zealand the series now as India are absolutely on top with an incredible first-innings lead of 263 runs.
