League of Legends is all prepped up to bring back the fan-favorite URF mode in the next patch. The Ultra Rapid Fire mode is loved by the players as they get to play their favorite champions with lowered ability cooldowns. Also, the gameplay is fast as compared to other modes. The next patch within League of Legends will also introduce Vex and is expected to release on 23 September. It will be a Classic URF and not an All Random URF.

The previous version of URF caused problems as the matches were quite random and thus one team used to get all overpowered champions while the other one got weak champions. This eventually led to a very frustrating turn of events. Players have complained a lot about All Random URF and that it is not fun when the game forces them to play what they do not like. However, this will change in the upcoming version of the URF and players might get a chance to sync their teammates more often than going all random.

The Classic URF will be lot more fun with balanced game mode

As per Riot dev Reina Sweet, the new version of URF will be Classic URF where players will be able to pick the champions they want within League of Legends. In a recent tweet, Reina Sweet said that the team needs to implement certain feedback before the new version is released and they have listened to various inputs from players while preparing the new patch.

Currently URF is available in PBE and the players are enjoying the game mode a lot. Vex, the upcoming champion, is also available on League of Legends PBE. The new patch introducing URF and Vex will be released on 23 September. This is also the second part of the Worlds 2021 patch, which will start on October 5. So, this patch is going to be vital in terms of meta and how it will affect the Worlds as a tournament.
