Reeth Tennison and Sreeja Akula lost the fourth game 11-6 to lose the first match of the quarterfinal. It would be fair to say the number 2 seeds were outplayed in the first match except for the third game which the Indian duo won 11-5. Other than that, it was pretty much all about Malaysia.
