Shardul Thakur was one of India’s best players during their recently-concluded tour of South Africa. The all-rounder bowled brilliantly in Test matches and showed his batting abilities as well with some crucial knocks down the order. However, he could be one of the players who might be rested from either one of the formats or both, as part of his work-load management.
