When it comes to Test cricket, leaving the ball becomes a necessary skill to master. Against the red cherry even the best of batters struggle to choose which balls to leave and which ones to play at. However, in his relatively short Test career so far, Marnus Labuschagne seems to be having a good technique and temperament suited to excel in the longest format of the game.

However, now in an Instagram post shared by Cricket Australia and Labuschagne himself, the 27-year-old batter could be seen shouldering his arms to a ball bowled by fellow Aussie cricketer Michael Neser. Many other cricket stars were quick to leave a comment on the video.

“Doing what we can to keep training whilst in iso. Luckily Ness likes to bowl ? What does your home setup look like?,” Marnus had captioned the video shared on his social media handle.

While senior batsman David Warner commented, “ Chef, been on a good paddock ?????,” his compatriot Jimmy Peirson asked, “Shirts optional? @marnus3,” referring to the fact that both the cricketers were shirtless in the video.

Labuschagne pulls out of T20 Blast game due to COVID scare

Notably, Labuschagne was forced to withdraw from a T20 Blast game for his County Glamorgan after his teammate Nick Selman tested positive for COVID-19 and he was found to be in close contact along with Neser who also had to pull off owing to the same reason. The video was shot while the two were training in isolation.
