MS Dhoni is undoubtedly still one of the biggest names in Indian cricket despite retiring from international cricket last year. As the 40-year-old is very inactive on social media, fans often have to wait for months to get a glimpse of MSD.
However, the paparazzi managed to get pictures of the CSK captain on Saturday during his travel to Jaipur. He was spotted with his wife and daughter at Mumbai Airport first in the afternoon.
While it was not disclosed at that time where MSD was heading to, it was revealed a couple of hours later when he arrived at Jaipur Airport. The 40-year-old has reached the capital of Rajasthan to attend the wedding of the son of Mr. Praful Patel (President of All India Football Federation).
A lot of politicians and top industrialists are slated to attend the wedding of Prajay Patel which will happen at Rambagh Palace. As expected, MSD and his family was surrounded by media and paparazzi as soon as he reached Jaipur. The fans were indeed delighted to finally have a glimpse of Thala after a long time.
Dhoni will return to play for CSK in IPL 2022
Amid all the rumours that MS Dhoni will retire after guiding CSK to their 4th IPL title, the cricket fraternity were presented with a heartwarming surprise when the franchise retained the services of their captain for the next season.
The Yellow Army retained MSD for INR 12 crores, alongside Ravindra Jadeja, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Moeen Ali. As CSK returns to defend their crown, their legendary skipper will be back on the field leading his side from the front.
