The Reliance Industries-owned UAE Twenty20 League franchise MI Emirates have announced its squad for the inaugural International League T20 (ILT20) which is scheduled to take place from January 6 to February 12, 2023. Earlier this week, MI also announced the name and identity of MI Emirates, which is phonetically My Emirates.

The Indian Premier League franchise owners have also bought a South African T20 League franchise based in Cape Town and it has been named MI Cape Town. MI Emirates have roped in Mumbai Indians' veteran Kieron Pollard and also former MI players Dwayne Bravo, Trent Bout, and Nicholas Pooran.

Chairman of Reliance Jio Akash M Ambani said, "I am delighted with our dynamic group of 14 players that will be part of our #Onefamily and represent MI Emirates."
