Analysis:
The Boston Celtics and the Golden State Warriors are built on a similar principle as they both have two prominent scorers with a vocal and defensive leader. For GSW the duo of Steph Curry and Klay Thompson continued to wreak havoc with Draymond Green being their defensive anchor. But in the first game, Thompson had a low scoring game with off the bench stars like Jordan Poole also struggled.
Whereas for the Celtics, Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown have been their top scorers with the defensive player of the year Marcus Smart. Looking at the first game, Tatum struggled offensively as he had just 12 points but dropped 13 assists to support his teammates. Other players like Derrick White and Al Horford scored crucial points in the fourth quarter.
