Australia have named a rather inexperienced side for this series. However, Aaron Finch has a very talented side to rely on, with Jhye Richardson and Josh Philippe expected to play a huge part in this series. With a host of seamers also looking to seal their place in the side, there's a lot at stake in addition to the nail-biting series that awaits us.
The Kiwis might hold the advantage ahead of this series given the home conditions and superior depth in their armoury. But one cannot take the Kangaroos for granted regardless of the format or the occasion. With both sides looking to land the first blow in this series, a feisty start is ahead of us at the Hagley Oval.
