Vrinda Dinesh became the second-most expensive uncapped player in the history of the WPL. Dinesh was snapped by UP Warriorz for a huge amount of INR 1.3 crore. The 22-year-old had a base price of INR 10 lakh and she drew interest from a few teams before the Warriorz secured her services for the forthcoming season. Notably, Dinesh has played an instrumental role in Karnataka’s run to the final of the Senior Women’s one-day competition, which was held earlier this year.
