Fitness, as we see it today, is an evolving field in itself. Many look at it differently today and owing to the changes that the pandemic has brought about, we only rest assured that staying fit is the way forward and it must be given prime importance over other aspects of our lives. Running: For this sport, you only need a decent pair of sports shoes. Running is a great way to kick-start your fitness journey. It might help you reduce your risk of death from heart attacks, strokes, and other common diseases. Running is a good way to reduce stress.
