The first match of the sixth edition of the Abu Dhabi T10 League will witness the new franchise New York Strikers up against Bangla Tigers. The match will be played at the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi. Both teams have had some quality players in their ranks, especially capable in this format. While the Strikers have Kieron Pollard, Eoin Morgan, Andre Fletcher, Wahab Riaz and Paul Stirling, the Bangla Tigers despite so much promise haven't yet reached the finals. Deccan Gladiators and Team Abu Dhabi will lock horns in Match 2 of Abu Dhabi T10 2022. The Gladiators are the defending champions and will further benefit from the presence of Suresh Raina who has joined them as a player. Andre Russell and Josh Little are also part of the setup. Abu Dhabi too have an explosive side with the likes of Chris Lynn and Alex Hales playing for them and Andrew Tye leading their pace attack. All in all, this looks for a cracker of a game.
