In a recent development, it is now being known that Alfa Romeo Racing will have a one-off livery dedicated to the company's anniversary at the Styrian Grand Prix. It is to be noted that June 24 marks 111 years since the inception of the manufacturer. It is for this reason that Alfa Romeo Racing has decided to celebrate it with a special livery at this weekend’s Styrian GP.

The development was shared by Formula 1 on its official social media handle. “A special one-off livery for @alfaromeoracing this weekend to celebrate 111 years of the Alfa Romeo marque ?,” the caption to a shared article read.

Meanwhile, it is being learned that the new livery does not differ much from the usual one but still boasts of a few fascinating details. While the characteristic Alfa Romeo logo on the nose has been replaced with an “iconic trilobe,” a rather special design is depicted on the engine cover.

"The cross is warped in a sequence of number one figures, developing in a perspective as to represent the passing of time and giving a dynamic twist to the number 111," said Alfa Romeo.

For now, the Alfa Museum near Milan is set to witness a range of activities in the coming weekend as the marque have promised parades, special exhibitions and celebrations" across their various car clubs to celebrate the anniversary.
