Whether it is sports or e-sports, the game must be played with full sportsman spirit. There is a strict zero-tolerance approach towards those who cheat in the sporting arena and those found guilty, have been on the receiving end of harsh punishments in the past. In the world of gaming, such offences become even more irritating for those playing within the rules of the game.

Largely, the e-sport was devoid of any such mechanism which saw the cheats being punished but in an incident that comes as a breath of fresh air, a cheating player was banned live in front of thousands of fans.

Rogue's opponent hit perfect shots at will

Notably, Apex Legends does have its own share of game hackers like other Battle Royale title. However, NRG content creator Rogue came across as one of the hackers while in a live gaming session of the title. It was obvious that Rogue's opponent was using the hacks as he hit perfect shots at will despite being separated by long distances. Moreover, the shots came from impossible angles and even pro gamers wouldn't dare try those angles.

While everyone was stunned to see the enemy pull off scarcely believable moves, many thought that they can’t do anything about it. But the game had other plans for the cheater. While the hacker was encountering a few glitches after killing Rogue and his team, he finally died courtesy of a ban from the game, much to the delight of the gamers.
