Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar rolled back yest er years on September 22 (Thursday) at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium. After England Legends invited India Legends to bat first on Thursday evening, Sachin Tendulkar displayed his intentions right from the word go in the 14th match of the Road Safety World Series. 

India Legends' skipper Sachin Tendulkar started his knock with a class four off Stephen Parry in the second over and got better off Chris Tremlett in the next over as she smashed back-to-back sixes followed by a four. The 41-year-old was at its best at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium as he treated the fans with an incredible lap short which went straight over the rope. 

Sachin's innings was decorated with three beautiful maximums and as many fours, as he scored blistering 40 off 20 deliveries. The skipper perished while India was cruising at 67 in 6.2 overs as he was caught and bowled by Schofield. However, Sachin's illustrious innings left everyone in awe as Indian cricket fans got a glimpse of stupendous performance during the match in Dehradun. 

The social media platform was flooded with tributes pouring in for the batting legend as many went on to claim to rope in Sachin as a back-up batter in the national side.
