The much-important match between India and Pakistan is underway at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. After winning the toss, Pakistan skipper Babar Azam opted to field first, inviting India to bat. While the Men in Green had named their XI on the eve of the match, Rohit Sharma called in for two changes in the Playing XI.

While one looked an obvious one with Jasprit Bumrah rejoining the side in Colombo after missing the match against Nepal due to the birth of his first child, the second came as a forced one with KL Rahul replacing Shreyas Iyer. What came next was the skipper citing back spasm as the reason behind excluding Iyer from the XI.
This decision of the team management did not rest well with the fans as they made mockery, flooding the social media with memes and tweets.
