After Paige VanZant proclaimed that Dillon Danis isn’t a fighter, the former Bellator athlete tried to ruin her marriage by talking about their supposed trips to Las Vegas. In response, the 30-year-old, who is married to Austin Vanderford, fired back at Dillon Danis by stating that he asked her to “peg” him during their only meeting in Sin City.
Notably, Dillon Danis, who got himself disqualified with seemingly no hopes of winning in his debut boxing match against Logan Paul, is known to talk a lot of stuff on social media, which doesn’t come out to be true on most occasions. On this particular instance, when Paige VanZant, who is set to make her own boxing debut against Elle Brooke, discredited his credentials in the world of combat sports, he didn’t take too kindly to it.
In taking to his official X account, Dillon Danis sent out a post about Paige VanZant, which read, “How fast they forget! Haha, relax, Paigey baby, just because I didn’t wife you doesn’t mean you have to be petty. Don’t make me bring up our two trips to Vegas and ruin your marriage.”
You're not a real fighter: Paige VanZant to Dillon Danis
Paige VanZant addressed the allegations on herself on Instagram, sending out a video to talk about Dillon Danis, while revealing details about her only meeting with him. She said, “Obviously I said you’re not a real fighter. My bad, I triggered you. I understand that hurt your feelings. But instead of coming back and talking shit about me and saying I’m not a real fighter, what did you do? You kind of f***** yourself, right? You backed yourself into a corner because now you have to come with proof of this alleged affair, right?”
“Because the only time I remember ever seeing you in Vegas was at the UFC athlete retreat. You walked up to me in a bar and asked me to peg you in front of multiple other UFC fighters, and I laughed in your face. That’s not the definition of a relationship, is it?” Paige VanZant added.
She also pointed out that Dillon Danis didn’t need to stir up drama to fight her husband Austin Vanderford, who has a real MMA resume unlike him.
