Royal Rumble 2024 winner Cody Rhodes has received enormous support from WWE fans after Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson made a surprise return to the WWE SmackDown on Friday, February 2, and is likely to take Cody Rhodes' spot in the main event of WrestleMania 40 against Roman Reigns.

However, the fans are divided on social media with many backing Cody Rhodes to fight Roman Reigns at the WWE WrestleMania 40. In contrast, others anticipate a dream clash between the Hollywood megastar and the Tribal Chief. Recently, popular adult actress Ava Addams weighed on in the debate that who should face Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.
While the porn star slammed The Rock and stated that the 51-year-old only cares about money, Ava backed Cody Rhodes to square off against Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40. After a report went viral on social media claiming, "The Rock has no plans to pull out of WrestleMania 40," The Porn star wrote, "He doesn’t care what the fans want he just wants to get paid. #WeWantCody"

After the tweet, Ava was involved in a series of tweets criticizing Dwayne Johnson and claimed that the Rock is only after money while she agreed with fans that Cody needs to finish the story.
In the last episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Cody Rhodes came to confront Roman Reigns and announced who he would face between Reigns and Seth Rollins. During the confrontation, the American Nightmare claimed another man knows Roman Reigns better, and The Rock then appeared to the crowd and walked towards the ring, joining Rhodes and Reigns.
There has been no clear picture of whether the fans will witness Cody vs Roman or The Rock vs Roman at the WWE WrestleMania 40 scheduled to take place at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on April 6 and 7.
