The BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2024, which involves the highly coveted Counter-Strike game, is scheduled from January 22 to 28 in the city of Copenhagen, Denmark. The 16 teams will participate in the tournament wherein the top six will qualify through to the BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024, while the remaining teams will head to BLAST Premier Spring Showdown 2024.
The first Counter-Strike 2 (CSC2) tournament of the 2024 season, organised by BLAST, is going to provide the 16 competing teams with the chance to make the Final and Showdown stages. Notably, as per the report from AFK Gaming, the 12 teams in the BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2024 are “Partner Teams,” while the remaining four are “Affiliate Teams.”

The “Partner Teams” are Astralis, BIG, Cloud9, Complexity Gaming, FaZe Clan, G2 Esports, Heroic, Natus Vincere, Ninjas in Pyjamas, OG, Team Liquid, Team Vitality, while the “Affiliate Teams” are GamerLegion, Team Falcons, Team Spirit, Virtus. pro. They are divided into four groups of four teams each, with an opportunity to play in the Group Stage wherein each match will be a best-of-three series.
After the Group Stage of the BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2024 is concluded, the winners of each of the four groups will directly advance to the BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024. Meanwhile, the four runners-up of each group will take part in the Play-In Stage wherein the two winners of the single-elimination bracket will join the four teams at the BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024, while the remaining ten teams will head to the BLAST Premier Spring Showdown 2024.
The total prize pool of $190,000 will be divided into all 16 teams, wherein the top four teams will take home $22,500 each. Also, the live streaming of the BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2024 will be live-streamed in multiple languages on platforms like YouTube and Twitch.
