The clash between Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Titans was an absolute thrill, and owning it was Mumbai's star batter Suryakumar Yadav. True to his name, each shot that came swinging from his bat was literally aimed at the SKY. The MI sensation played a brilliant unbeaten knock of 103 off just 49 balls in the thrilling 57th game of the Indian Premier League 2023. His brilliant knock came out as a combination of 11 boundaries and six huge sixes leaving everyone in surprise. But there was particularly one shot that left everyone, including the bowler Mohammed Shami, in utter disbelief. Mohammed Shami not only was totally impressed with the mighty six but was also left struggling with words for it.

Speaking on JioCinema, one of the official broadcasters of the IPL 2023, post his game against SunRisers Hyderabad said that he would like to watch the shot again, and doesn’t have any name for it. On being asked if he would like to name the shot SKY pulled off his delivery in the 19th over, he said, “I’m also thinking of the same, and trying to get its video to watch it again. To play such a shot at that pace is something impossible, and there are absolutely no words for it.” He further went on to say that the shot was very difficult, and the shots that he has been pulling off are commendable. Hats off. I hope he continues to play like this only.”
