Italian club Como are reportedly keen on finalising a deal for Striker Alvaro Morata. The Spanish striker was signed by AC Milan last summer only to be loaned out to the turkish club Galatasaray just after six months has now reportedly said yes to joining COMO after he wants to terminate his loan deal with mutual consideration, which is valid until January with the Turkish giants.

According to sources COMO manager Cesc Fabregas who had previously played with Morata at Chelsea, has been in talks with him in order to convince him to join the club. Morata does not want to continue with AC Milan despite the manager counting on him for the upcoming campaign which is why they are set to put him up for grabs in the upcoming transfer window.

Morata keen on making a turnaround after difficult times

Alvaro Morata is paving a way for a mighty comeback after difficult spells with Atletico Madrid and AC Milan in recent years. The Spanish striker also had a difficult time recovering from his penalty miss at the UEFA Nations League final, which saw his team losing to Portugal and Spain missing out on the trophy which they were favourites to win.

However, he managed to impress everyone by his gameplay and finishing for Galatasaray in the Turkish league last season scoring 6 goals and providing 3 assists which played a major factor in Galatasaray lifting the trophy last season. He is also the 4th highest goalscorer for the Spanish national team and played a pivotal role for the team in order to win the EURO 2024.

COMO who finished 10th in the Serie A last season are eager to bring in the experience of Morata to the team in order to add to their squad depth and help them achieve European football in the season to come. Cesc Fabregas looks to accomplish all his desired goals with the quality addition of Alvaro Morata.
