Hollywood superstar Vin Diesel struck a pose with football great Cristiano Ronaldo after a recent meet up. The two icons from their respective fields met after Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr registered a loss to Karim Benzema’s Al-Ittihad in the Saudi Pro League. The Hollywood actor then shared a picture of them together on Instagram which went viral all over the internet. While the context of the picture is still unclear, if the two are working on a project together.
While sharing the picture on Instagram, the Fast and Furious actor captioned it, “Just a couple of kids with dreams,” and tagged Cristiano Ronaldo. Notably, Vin Diesel’s 11th Fast and Furious film is currently under production and is expected to release in 2025 or 2026. On the other hand, Ronaldo will be seen in action for his Saudi club on January 9 in a match against Al Akhdoud in the Saudi Pro League.

The Portuguese footballer quickly reacted to Vin Diesel’s Instagram picture featuring both of them. He wrote, “Always! It was great seeing you.” Notably, the Knights of Najd are currently fourth in the league after 13 games and are 11 points behind the table leaders Al-Ittihad. Talking about Ronaldo, the footballer has failed to win the league since his arrival in the Middle East. Notably, he joined Al-Nassr in December 2022 after his contract with Manchester United was terminated based on mutual understanding.
He has scored 74 goals and 18 assists from 83 games while playing for the side across all competitions. The 39-year-old will enter the final six months of his contract with the side in January 2025. He is yet to sign a contract extension with the club.
