The ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2022 is almost a month away and teams are announcing their respective squads and unveiling their new jersey for the marquee event. Recently, Cricket Australia released its indigenous-themed jersey for the prestigious tournament.

Defending champions Australia will begin their T20 World Cup campaign against New Zealand in Super 12 fixture on October 22.

For the first time, the Aussies will be sporting an indigenous-themed jersey representing the First Nation at the prestigious event this year. The new jersey for Australia features a yellow-base with black colour stretched from the sleeves to the collar. The indigenous inspired jersey depicts artwork with different designs.

The short sleeve jersey will see golden and green artwork on trunk while the full sleeves jersey will feature an extended artwork. The pants will remain black matching the upper part of the top while the cap will feature the colours of the  Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander flags.
