England Cricket on Wednesday, February 14 named their playing XI for the third Test against India, scheduled to be played from Thursday, February 15 at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Rajkot. While the side has announced only one change as Mark Wood returns, replacing Shoaib Bashir.
Moreover, England skipper Ben Stokes will feature in his 100th Test when he takes the field on Thursday at toss. James Anderson, who missed the opening Test which England won by 28 runs in Hyderabad, will continue to lead the pace attack as he nears 700-wicket milestone.

“Every Test is just as important as the next one. Then there’s the next one, which will be 101 - it’s just one more. It’s a sign of longevity, but 99, 100 or 101 doesn’t make much difference. It’s just a number,” said Ben Stokes on the eve of 100th Test.
“I don’t want it to sound like I’m not thankful for the opportunities I’ve had, but with milestones, it’s not until it’s done,” he further added as saying by BBC.
