How Much do Ranji Trophy Players earn?
BCCI have set the salary structure in Ranji Trophy as per the number of matches a cricketer plays in their Ranji career. A player who has been a part of 41-60 Ranji matches or more will receive a salary of INR 60,000 per day if he is a part of the playing XI, and INR 30,000 as a reserve. A player with 21 to 40 Ranji matches earns INR 50,000 per day as a player and INR 25,000 as a reserve. If a player has played less than 20 Ranji matches, he will get a salary of INR 40,000 and INR 20,000 per day as a reserve.
