Three days after Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President Dana White recorded a video of a FedEx driver, who was terribly tossing the delivery packages into the truck, the concerned organization fired the delivery boy after the video went viral on social media.
Earlier, this week, the Powerslap owner had filmed a video where the driver was dreadfully tossing the delivery packages into the truck, showing off his basketball skills. The driver was looking too tired and White took its lighter side and instead filmed the situation and said, “FedEx, We’ll get it there, but we’ll f**k it up!”
Now, after seeing the video, FedEx responded, “The behavior depicted in the video is unacceptable and inconsistent with the professionalism FedEx demonstrates every day. We are committed to treating our customers’ packages with the utmost care, and this driver is no longer providing service for our company as a result of this behavior.”
While Dana White took the situation on a lighter note, the transport company wasn’t amused with the situation due to the huge following of the UFC Chief. Dana White’s Instagram account has got more than 9 million followers and FedEx didn’t want to go bad in the eyes of the viewers. The decision underscores the dedication of the company and its professional side of maintaining customer service.
