Kuldeep Yadav is having a great IPL so far. The left-arm spinner has redeemed himself after a few bad seasons. He is making a habit of dismissing batters who have trouble him. He did it once again in Match 27 of IPL 2022 when he dismissed Glenn Maxwell. Yadav took his revenge against the Aussie when he got him caught out at long-on in his second over.
He also gave a fierce send-off to Maxwell after dismissing him. In the 12th over of the RCB innings, Rishabh Pant introduced Kuldeep Yadav to get rid of Maxwell who was looking in good touch. Yadav fed Maxwell a full loopy delivery, inviting him to go for a lofted shot, Maxwell also obliged and played a lofted on-drive but as the ball turned a tad extra, it could not hit the middle of Maxwell's bat and he fell short of the boundary ropes by a few yards.
After getting Maxwell, who had hit Kuldeep Yadav for 23 runs in his first over of the day, Yadav was thrilled and was seen celebrating animatedly. He could also be seen saying "F*** Off" after he took the wicket.

Maxwell goes hard!
Although Kuldeep got Maxwell, the batter had done his job with a quickfire half-century. Maxwell scored 55 runs off 34 balls with the help of seven fours and two sixes. Being sent to bat at No.4, Maxwell showed intent right from the first ball. He played his shots even after wickets fell from the other end. He broke free against Kuldeep Yadav as he amassed 23 runs off the spinner's over.
He pulled the very first delivery from Kuldeep towards the deep midwicket region for a boundary. He rocked back once again on the third delivery of the over to send it sailing into the stands. Kuldeep tried to correct his length on the fourth delivery but pitched it too full to see it getting driven through covers for another boundary. Another blow came Kuldeep's way when Maxwell dispatched the fifth ball as well into the stands, making it a 23-run over.
