The long-awaited Formula 1 Drive to Survive is coming back. The fifth season of the Netflix series Formula 1: Drive to Survive has been announced and will live streaming in February 2023. The release continues to follow the tradition of coming out a week prior to the next F1 season.
The Formula 1 documentary will hit the OTT platform Netflix on February 24, 2023, the Formula 1 confirmed on Thursday. A revolutionary year of racing, like you’ve never seen it before. Season 5 of Formula 1: Drive To Survive drops February 24, exclusively on @netflix,” F1 shared a post on Twitter.
The Formula 1: Drive To Survive is a documentary which closely follows the lives of the F1 drivers and the teams. The series also talks through the possible developments in the team along with interviews of drivers, team principals and other members of the F1 teams.
Each season of the Drive To Survive documentary is a sum up of the past season in a series of 10 episodes. The first season of the Formula 1: Drive To Survive was aired in the year 2019. It was a sum-up of the 2018 season of Formula 1.
