The Indian Premier League is a time of the year when family, friends and lovers get together over cricket. The focus might be on quality cricket for the players and the franchises with eyes on the trophy but it is also a time when players get to create bonds with players from rival countries. The same could also be said about fans who get to meet with other supporters of the same team or in general admirers of the sport.
During IPL 2022 match between Bangalore and Chennai at the MCA Stadium in Pune, two cricket fans shared a heartwarming moment that was caught on the camera. A girl proposed to her boyfriend during the Chennai innings of the match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Chennai Super Kings. The two seemed to be Bangalore fans with the boy donning the Bangalore jersey and the colour also wearing red. The couple even shared an embrace.

This is not the first time such an incident has happened in IPL. While a couple was seen kissing during an IPL game earlier in the season, Chennai Super Kings pacer Deepak Chahar had proposed his girlfriend after their match against Punjab Kings at the Dubai International Stadium last year.
