On June 5, Global Esports (GE) made a huge announcement to add Mavi aka Harmandeep Singh to their Battlegrounds Mobile India lineup. With this noteworthy inclusion, GE will be looking to make a huge splash in the upcoming eSports tournaments worldwide.

Global Esports, which is widely regarded in the gaming community as Asia's fastest growing professional organisation in eSports, posted a video on their official YouTube account to bring Mavi to the family. In the short clip, Harmandeep Singh was seen driving a tractor and helping his brother from the bullies.

Mavi was also quoted as saying a few words about joining GE in Hindi in the video, translated to English, which read, “In the past I made some wrong decisions, and awful things happened to me. Things that I cannot share with you guys. I will share it someday in the future. But, I have noted everyone's name and kept them in my mind. Now that the game is back, I too have returned to dominate. I will make them run and hunt them down.”
