MS Dhoni is regarded as one of the best captains the cricket fraternity has ever had. People from the same and different professions admire former Indian skipper for the demeanour he carries on and off the field. This two-time World Cup winning captain also heads Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League. Known as ‘Thala’ by some and ‘Captain Cool’ by others, MS Dhoni leads his side calmly and there haven’t been many incidents when this 41-year-old cricketer is seen losing his calm. It is the reason, fans and his fellow players idealize him, and consider him their role model.

One of the many names in this list is Indian veteran, Shikhar Dhawan. Dhawan, captain of Punjab Kings in the sixteenth season of the Indian Premier League, recently spilled some interesting facts about MS Dhoni’s captaincy in a chat show ' The Ranveer Show Hindi’ . Talking about MS Dhoni, he said that Dhoni is very aggressive; however, he chooses to keep calm as he knows it can spoil the environment.

“Dhoni bhai created a very relaxed environment within the team. He is very chilled out. He only said things that needed to be said, and his presence was quite calm," Dhawan added.

He further went on to say, “He is a very fun-loving guy. He is a very simple and down-to-earth person. He too is aggressive at times, but he restrains himself as he knows that it could spoil the environment. That's his maturity. He has a lot of self-control."

The legend of the game, Dhoni called it quits with the Indian cricket almost three years ago, whereas it’s been long since Dhawan has got any opportunity to play for India. However, both skippers of their respective teams continue to remain key players in the Indian Premier League. Speaking of the tournament, Chennai is all set to clash against their fiercest rivals, Mumbai Indians on April 8 (Saturday) in Mumbai.
