Royal Challengers Bangalore is having an outstanding time in the 15th edition of the Indian Premier League. The side has comprehensively won five out of seven games and is currently placed at the third position in the points table. The Bangalore franchise enjoys a massive fan following and is highly regarded as one of the most followed sports franchises in the world.

In an interview with Star Sports, Tottenham Hotspur skipper Harry Kane has shared that Faf du Pless-led side is his favourite IPL franchise, and he feels that they have the ability to do wonders in this edition. Kane said, "So my team is RCB. They have picked up some great players this time. They were unfortunate last year, but they did the right things this year; they started well." Kane also confessed that he is a fan of Virat Kohli and loves his aggressive batting style. "I have been lucky to meet Virat Kohli a few times and speak with him. He is such a humble human being."

"He is such a dynamic batter, and I am confident that he will soon get back to his form. Virat is incredible to watch. A real down to earth guy. He has fire in his batting and passion when you watch him play, which is great to see," he said. Kane, who often plays cricket in his leisure hours, said that he has been following India's T20 domestic tournament for quite some time now and closely monitors every development related to it.

Although Kane admitted that he follows most of the game's matches, he wishes to see Bangalore lifting the prestigious title for the first time. Notably, Bangalore is amongst the few franchises that haven't won the title despite participating in the maiden edition in 2008. But, RCB's recent performance has made them a strong contender in the ongoing edition as the side is looking extremely strong in all the departments.
