Suryakumar Yadav is in the form of his life as the Indian batter is piling up runs in the shortest format of the game. Yadav has already amassed more than 1100 runs in T20Is in 2022 and is still going great. He took his prolific run to another level as the middle-order batter scored his second century in T20Is against New Zealand in the second match of the series. Yadav scored an unbeaten 111 off just 51 balls to propel India to a massive 192/6 in their 20 overs.

As the batter finished his inning on Sunday, social media was flooded with praiseworthy posts. India’s commentator and cricket analyst Harsha Bhogle also shared a tweet praising the Indian batter. In fact, he shared a couple of tweets. While he wrote, “Such joy watching a player at the height of his powers” in the first tweet, Bhogle demanded for a breathing apparatus in his second tweet. “I need a breathing apparatus. Sky is taking our breath away,” tweeted Bhogle.

While many fans agreed with what Bhogle was saying, a fan warned the commentator that he better not jinxes Surya’s form as he will have to face the wrath of fans after that. “Please  @bhogleharsha please stop praising @surya_14kumar form this much, if you jinks it the whole country will raise hellfire on you,” tweeted the user.

To this, Bhogle had a reply ready. The ‘Voice of Cricket’ said that it’s his job to praise players doing good and also added that he is not a witch doctor. “Well....I am a commentator, not a witch-doctor, and I have to tell it as it is....,” replied Bhogle.

Coming to Suryakumar Yadav, the batter scored 111* after coming in to bat at No.3. Yadav smashed 11 boundaries and seven sixes in his inning. He was also named Player of the Match for his knock.
