There are ups and downs in every professional athlete's career. While everything seems to be falling in place when the performances are exactly as the sportsperson wants them to be and they are at the peak of their game, on other occasions, the entire world may seem against the same sporting hero. Perhaps that comes close to defining the amount of pressure and expectation from Indian cricket's megastar Virat Kohli.

While he remains one of modern-day cricket's legendary batters, with some already having listed him as one of the all-time greats, Kohli is going through a lean phase from his own high standards. The ex-India and Royal Challengers Bangalore captain has got out for three golden ducks already in IPL 2022. Even the slice of luck seems to be against him at the moment.

While the biggest fans have turned into the biggest critics as soon as runs have stopped from his bat, Kohli knows how to deal with them, having overcome such phases in his career before. In a video shared by RCB on their social media, Kohli talks about handling these critics.

"They can't be in my shoes, they can't feel what I feel, they can't live my life, they can't live those moments," Kohli said of cricketing pundits suggesting his time is up.

"How do you cut out the noise? You either mute the TV or don't listen to or pay attention to what people are saying. I do both of these things," he added.

On his poor form and dismissals on duck, Kohli said that he was laughing after getting out for zero as he now believes that he has seen everything that the game has to offer.

"It hasn't happened to me ever in my career, I think. I have seen everything now. It's been so long, I have seen everything in this game," he said.

With Bangalore pretty much alive in the race to the Playoffs, currently standing at the fourth place with 7 wins and 5 defeats from 12 games, RCB fans would hope that Kohli finds his peak form which aids the franchise to not only a confirmed berth in the final four but also their maiden title.
