In a furnace like SCA Stadium, Australia had a stunning batting effort with David Warner, Steven Smith and Mitchell Marsh scoring crucial half-centuries. But as the heat piled on Rajkot, these Aussie stars were struggling with Smith needing a chair and a few icy towels to feel better.
