The second Test of the highly sought after five-match Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy, played between England and India, will be played at Edgbaston in Birmingham from Wednesday, July 2 onwards. The Ben Stokes-led England cricket team will be coming high on confidence in this Test after winning the opening Test of the series by five wickets.

The English side, on the back of a century knock (149 off 170) from Ben Duckett and crucial fifty-plus scores from Zak Crawley (65) and Joe Root (53*) chased down the 371-run target in the final innings to go 1-0 up in the series. However, the Men in Blue too had their moments on the field, with five centuries coming from their side across the two innings and a five-fer from Jasprit Bumrah, but some lackadaisical attempts on the field just let the game slip away from their hands.
