Gujarat Titans defeated Rajasthan Royals by nine wickets convincingly and went one step ahead of all other teams in the race to qualify for the playoffs in the IPL 2023. The Afghan spin duo Rashid Khan and Noor Ahmad ensured they bundled out Rajasthan Royals for 118 runs inside 17.5 overs.
Rajasthan batters completely collapsed and lost their way in the first innings, as other than Skipper Sanju Samson, none other managed to score even 20 runs with the bat.
Gujarat chased down 119 runs in just 13.5 overs with a beautiful 71-run opening partnership between the Saha-Gill pair, and skipper Hardik Pandya went on to smash 39 runs from just 15 balls to complete the chase very quickly.
