The Sunrisers Hyderabad haven’t had a great season since winning the IPL in 2016. They have had a similar group of players who haven’t managed to push the envelope and win another trophy. Last season they had some incredible performances but couldn’t sustain this momentum throughout the season.
But SRH has managed to create a young core that has shown some promise in the previous season. They have one of the most exciting Indian players in Umran Malik, who took the world by storm. All-rounder Abhishek Sharma also put up some magical performances. Hence the 2023 IPL auction will be crucial for the Hyderabad-based team.
