The UFC 281 is two days away and the main card event between New Zealand fighter Israel Adesanya and Brazilian fighter Alex Pereira is making headlines for many reasons. One of those reasons include the earnings of both the mixed martial artists from their highly anticipated bout on Saturday night.
Israel Adesanya will look to defend the UFC middleweight title for the sixth time against the only fighter to knock him out. Adesanya faced Pereira twice in kickboxing event and the latter won both the bouts in 2016 and 2017.
The 33-year-old New Zealander has won 23 off 24 fights in his MMA career registering 15 knockouts while the 35-year-old Pereira has won six of his seven MMA fights, five of them were knockouts.

Reportedly, the Brazilian fighter made $134,000 in his UFC debut against Andreas Michailidis at the Madison Square Garden in 2021 while 'The last Stylebender' made his UFC debut in 2018 and earned around $153,000 in his first fight.
In his first UFC middleweight championship victory, Adesanya beat Robert Whittaker at UFC 243 and earned $490,000 while he earned about $642,000 in his rematch with Whittaker.
