Giannis Antetokounmpo delivered a record-breaking performance for the Milwaukee Bucks against the Indiana Pacers at the Fiserv Forum on Wednesday night as the Bucks defeated the Pacers by 14 points. The "Greek Freak" scored a franchise-record 64 points to lead his side past the Pacers 140-126 in a drama-filled encounter.
With this, he surpassed the record of 57 set by Michael Redd in 2006. After his 58th point, the 29-year-old exited the game for some time in the fourth quarter and gave an instant reaction to his record-shattering performance on the career night.

The Greek Freak, as he is called, entered late in the fourth quarter after an Indiana run, and during his time on the bench, he gave a fiery reaction to his new milestone. While Antetokounmpo had cameras on him, he said, "It's not easy. It's what I f*cking do." In the game against the Pacers, he added 14 rebounds and four steals. However, he didn’t make any three-pointers in three attempts and scored 24 points from free throws alone.
Antetokounmpo breaks Bucks franchise record
The 29-year-old broke his best records and surpassed several others as he guided his side to an impressive victory against the Pacers. Antetokounmpo’s previous career-high of 55 came in January 2023 in Milwaukee’s 123-113 victory over the Washington Wizards. Not only this, but he also scored 54 against Indiana last month.
Halfway through the game, he scored a historic feat with third career 30+ points and 10+ rebounds in a half-game.
Antetokounmpo’s 64 points broke the 17-year-old record of Michael Redd for most points scored by a Bucks player in a single game. Redd created the record of 57 points in November 2006 in a 113-111 loss to the Utah Jazz.
