Jake Paul is reportedly set to fight against Mike Perry next month after his controversial and highly-anticipated fight against boxing legend Mike Tyson got postponed. Tyson required emergency medical attention after he experienced an ulcer flare-up during one of his recent fights. Before this Paul and Tyson were set to square off on July 20 in Dallas. The fight between Paul and Tyson has no new date; according to it, they are both set to clash on November 15.

According to the latest reports by Happy Punch, the YouTuber turned boxer will take on 32-year-old Mike Perry on the same day he was earlier set to take on Tyson. It is still not confirmed what the contracted weight and number of rounds will be in the fight. If the reports are true, this will be Perry’s second professional boxing fight after he lost a knockout clash to Kenneth McNeil in 2015.

After the fight got postponed, Tyson said in a statement, “Although we had to postpone the fight, I will resume training shortly. I am thankful to the medical staff that treated me, Netflix, and AT&T Stadium for working diligently to find the best reschedule date for all parties. While we have a new date, the result will be the same no matter when we fight. Jake Paul is getting knocked out. On Friday, November 15, watch this in-person at AT&T Stadium or live on Netflix.”

The fight between Paul and Perry will see the former returning to the boxing ring after his 2023 win over Nate Diaz and Andre August. Recently, he took down Ryan Bourland in under a round back in March, which marked his third consecutive victory. On the other hand, Perry recently took down former UFC standout Thiago Alves in the BKFC ring.
