Contrary to reports carried out by media on September 29 and 30, BCCI President Sourav Ganguly has stated that Indian pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah is still not ruled out of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup in Australia.

While several media reports including the one carried out by the Press Trest of India (PTI) suggested that it would be a miracle if Bumrah gets fit on time to be on that flight to Australia, Ganguly has said that there is still time for him to recover.

"Jasprit Bumrah is still not ruled out of #T20WorldCup yet. The World Cup is still quite some time away. Let's not jump the gun," Ganguly reportedly said on RevSportz.
