The Indian team sealed the three-game T20I series against Sri Lanka with a dominant win in Rajkot. The Men in Blue registered a 91-run win thanks to Suryakumar Yadav’s third international century. To celebrate this victory, fast bowler Jaydev Unadkat invited a few members of the Indian T20I team to his home.

The Saurashtra pacer shared an Instagram story with Ishan Kishan, Shubhman Gill, Suryakumar Yadav and Axar Patel. The story was captioned saying, “Calm before the storm” with a winking emoji.  After the conclusion of the T20I series, both India and Sri Lanka will move to the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati for the ODI series.

All members of Unadkat’s Insta Story, barring the pacer, are part of the Indian squad for the 50-over leg of the series. After the game Guwahati, Men in Blue will travel to the Eden Gardens, in Kolkata and then to Trivandrum’s Greenfield Stadium for the third game. The Indian team will also see the return of veteran stars like Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shammi. 


Going back to the third T20I, India posted a massive 229-run on the back of Suryakumar Yadav's 112-run knock which included nine fours and seven sixes. Rahul Tripathi and Shubhman Gill also scored crucial runs after the Indian’s slow start. In the second innings, Indian bowlers put forth a great performance as they reduced the Lankans to 137 in 16.4 overs. Arshdeep Singh had a field day as he redeemed his poor performance from the previous game and took three wickets while giving away just 20 runs in 2.4 overs.
