Juventus FC became the latest club to be part of the Adidas’ LFSTLR collection. Adidas launched its new collection of LFSTLR shirts, composing third kit shirts that have been redesigned as streetwear and fashion-oriented clothing. This particular collection by Adidas intends to revamp traditional sportswear, which offers fans to express their love towards their favourite club in a stylish and fashionable manner.
Adidas describes the LFSTLR collection as the ‘most wearable football jersey.’ Speaking of the Juventus shirts, they maintain the general design of the pitch version of the third kit that players wear. However, they have been designed with a lot more focus on comfort, with the towel fabric being used on the outside and fleece on the inside, ensuring perfect fit.
Notably, a preview of the latest designs was showcased at an exclusive fashion event in New York City last week. Sam Handy, the Vice President of Product and Design at Adidas Football talked about the significance of the collection and stated “The lines between football and fashion have never been more blurred, which is why we’re excited to launch this new collection for fans who want to show off their club pride in style and comfort.”
He added, “The LFSTLR jersey elevates the traditional concept of replica jerseys by incorporating heavier superior fabrics for added comfort and a premium trim execution. Notably, each jersey is made from 70 to 100 percent recycled or renewable materials, demonstrating Adidas’ commitment to sustainability.”
