The Battlegrounds Mobile India is currently one of the most popular battle royale mobile games. Popularly known as BGMI, it is a rebranded version of PUBG Mobile which was developed by Krafton. The game is currently available only for Android devices and there is no confirmation on the BGMI release date for iOS users. However, the game has possibly hinted about the release date on iOS in a recent post on Instagram.
Notably, the game was launched last month exclusively for android users and it had already surpassed the 30 million downloads in the first week of launch. Currently, it has over 46 million downloads on the Google Play store. Krafton has even announced a brand new event for the BGMI players where they are offering some amazing rewards to the users.
Krafton announced in an Instagram post about the Battlegrounds Mobile India event, which will be live once the game reaches 50 Million downloads. In one of their latest post, they have hinted something for IOS users. It should be noted that players are eagerly waiting for the game to launch on iOS. Some gamers have, meanwhile, invested in high-end Android devices to enjoy the gameplay. However, it is now being learned that the game may be launched for the other user base very soon.

If one finds the Battlegrounds Mobile India post, gamers and users can clearly notice that in the last part of the caption it states that, "We are preparing for all Indian players to receive rewards regardless of their OS ?”. This has reignited the hopes of Indian gamers who were not expecting the game to be launched for iOs anytime soon.
BGMI for iOS might be released in September-October
Taking all of it into consideration, it is likely that the gamers may be able to play the final stages of the BGMI India Series Qualifiers tournament on iPhones as the semifinals and finals are slated to happen in September-October. This gives a more realistic window for developers to release the game for the Apple App Store.
