Team India remained unbeaten in the league stage matches of the Group A of T20 Asia Cup 2022 as Men in Blue qualifies for the knock-out stage of the tournament. Rohit Sharma & Co. delivered dominating performance in first two games and have emerged as favourites to defend their Asia Cup title.
The Indian skipper Rohit Sharma is undoubtedly having a great time in Dubai as his side is ticking all the right boxes and have been pretty impressive in first two games. Although, Rohit is yet to score big in the continental tournament, he has flaunted his batting abilities by smashing some great-looking sixes and boundaries so far in the tournament.
In a fresh video doing the rounds, Rohit Sharma was seen jokingly refusing presenter Jatin Sapru's invitation to join him in a match preview on Star Sports ahead of Hong Kong clash.
Notably, Jatin Sapru was explaining about the fantasy team to Deep Das Gupta when Rohit Sharma was found talking to former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan. Jatin Sapru instantly invited Rohit to join him and others in a match preview, but the Indian skipper instantly refused the offer and left the area saying, 'Main jaa raha hu bhai.'
Rohit's response left everyone in splits as Irfan Pathan added that Rohit has not changed a bit and still remains totally calm and composed even ahead of high-voltage clash. "He has not changed a bit. He still remains totally chilled out before an important match," said Irfan Pathan.
